Our corporate vision project led to developing and launching a new Video-On-Demand platform, Canal+Yomvi. This new digital vision, brand, and business model delayed Netflix's launch in Spain and accelerated Canal+'s transformation into a digital business. Our strategy created rapid new growth engines, ultimately leading to the successful sale to Telefónica for $1 billion, an increase of $500 million over Telefónica's previous offer two years earlier.
